Privacy notice · September 30, 2026. Appsio processes account information, prompts, input images, generated videos, payments, and limited usage events to operate the studio.

Your account and creations

Neon stores account and application records. Images and videos are stored privately in Cloudflare R2. Creation content is sent to Alibaba Cloud Model Studio to produce your video. Videos are private unless you create a public link. Anyone with that link can view the video and prompt until you disable the link or delete the video.

Payments

Stripe processes payments and stores payment details. Appsio receives payment and subscription references, amounts, and status. We do not store card numbers.

Cookies and analytics

Necessary cookies keep you signed in. Temporary browser storage holds draft prompts and an anonymous session identifier for measuring visits, signups, and pricing interest. Signed-in activity is recorded to operate credits, monitor failed jobs, and understand conversion. Prompts and payment secrets are excluded from funnel events.

Retention and choices

Your library remains available while your account is active. Archiving keeps a video in a separate library view and lets you restore it. Deleting a video removes access and schedules storage cleanup. Credit and payment records are retained for accounting and fraud prevention. Unused uploaded images are cleaned up after seven days once video processing is complete. Account settings let you export your account records and request account deletion. Download video files separately from Dashboard before requesting deletion. Deletion disables your account and public links immediately. Background cleanup cancels subscriptions, removes stored media and your login, and removes identifying profile information and saved prompts. Active video processing must finish before its files can be removed. Payment, credit and generation cost records remain under a pseudonymous account identifier for accounting and fraud prevention. Provider and payment processor records follow their own retention policies. Contact us for access or correction requests and questions about retained records.
