A clear place to create.
Service terms · September 30, 2026. Appsio is a video creation service that uses third-party AI models. Generation is asynchronous, and results vary by prompt and model.
Your content
Only submit content you are authorized to use. You retain your rights in your inputs. You authorize Appsio and its service providers to process them to produce and store your videos. Generated results may be similar to other results and must be reviewed before use.
Responsible use
Do not create illegal content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonations, harassment, or content that infringes others’ rights. Provider content policies apply. Accounts that abuse the service or evade safeguards may be suspended.
Credits and subscriptions
The studio displays the credit cost before you generate. Credits are deducted when a job enters the queue. Provider and infrastructure failures automatically return generation credits. Completed generations consume credits even when their result does not match your creative preference. Credits do not expire. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled in the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals. Plan changes made in Appsio take effect at the next renewal, with no immediate charge or prorated credits. Existing credits remain. Deleting your account forfeits access to remaining credits and requests cancellation of future subscription billing during background cleanup. Account deletion does not automatically issue a cash refund. Taxes may apply.
AI output and availability
AI outputs can contain inaccuracies or artifacts. No particular creative result or exact generation time is guaranteed. Commercial use must comply with the selected model’s terms and applicable rights. Capacity, moderation, and provider availability can affect service.
Help and refunds
Contact support@appsio.ai for billing problems or account help. Applicable statutory consumer rights are unaffected. Refunded or disputed payments reverse the associated purchased credits proportionally. If those credits have been spent, your balance may become negative. Open or lost payment disputes pause video creation; a won dispute restores credits except those already refunded. Use Report a problem on a video to report harmful content, or contact support without signing in. Before public launch, the operator must publish its legal identity, governing law, cancellation information, and final refund terms.
